Japanese food vendor Sushi Hub bring you the freshest in traditional sashimi and salads, bento boxes, maki rolls, Nigiri and soup.

A wintergarden wouldn’t be complete without fresh fruit and vegetables. And that’s exactly what Top Juice provide; made-to-order green drinks, nutritional juices, smoothies and protein shakes. Indulgent yoghurt and chocolate dipped strawberries are also available for the almost-guilt-free treat!

An impressive seafood display showcased the daily offerings of the restaurant including freshly shucked oysters, Balmain bugs and Hervey Bay scallops.

Standout dishes served during the night included Venison Tartar, Spanner Crab with bergamot and green apple, and grilled Cone Bay Barramundi.  Moet was flowing all night  and the cocktail menu had been crafted with an emphasis on native and botanical ingredients to create deep and surprising flavours.
